Building and sustaining a highly productive “culture”, whether for the corporation or a manager’s business unit is a primary asset.  Risking it’s continued success or fixing the culture when it no longer works is a management skill of supreme importance.  We recently found this article and highly recommend it…

One absolute here is to never allow an employee or a business unit sour and degrade a successful culture.  Every successful manager needs to add “culture cop” to their skills and controls.
